Beautiful and versatile little clutch bags….this will be my last of these.
I’ve realised I don’t know how long the wooden frames will last. And, of course, they could break or splinter if the bag was dropped on a hard floor. As I want my bags to last a long time so I will switch to using metal frames after this.
These are both made from gorgeous industry waste leather - one is dark tan and one is beautiful chocolate brown. Both have darker wood frames and tortoiseshell bobbles.
The tan is lined with a vintage pale floral cushion cover. The brown is lined with a darker floral vintage curtain.
The bobbles are purely decorative. The bags are held closed by small magnets that are embedded into the wooden frame. The frame also has small D rings that can stay, unused, inside the bag - or flip out so that a strap can be used.
Both bags are made from new leather (sofa samples), so is perfect.
