Beautiful and versatile little clutch bags….this will be my last of these.
I’ve realised I don’t know how long the wooden frames will last. And, of course, they could break or splinter if the bag was dropped on a hard floor. As I want my bags to last a long time so I will switch to using metal frames after this.
One is a fabulous citrine green with bright purple bobbles and is lined with a vintage floral tablecloth. The other is maroon and lined with poppy print fabric.
The bobbles are purely decorative. The bags are held closed by small magnets that are embedded into the wooden frame. The frame also has small D rings that can stay, unused, inside the bag - or flip out so that a strap can be used.
Both bags are made from new industry waste leather rather than an old sofa.
