This unique night scene bag is made from small pieces of industry waste leather. The navy was marked so I flipped it over and used the suede side as the exterior.
I am determined to use all my small pieces of leather so the back is made up from 2 smaller pieces of the navy suede, stitched together.
I added small silver tone rivets within the sky element to look like stars.
Long webbing strap (adjustable, cross-body or shoulder length). I made a detachable suede tassel to compliment it . And I found some navy fabric with gold ‘stars’ in my stash which seemed perfect for lining.
Silver coloured hardware. One interior zip pocket. Zip closure. Every bag is one of a kind. Size : 27cm wide, 23cm high. Bucket base 21cm x 10cm.
PLEASE NOTE that because this bag is made from industry waste leather, there may be imperfections in the leather - although I can’t find any. This adds to the character and reminds us of its sustainability.
