Ocean sunset leather bag
I wanted to come up with designs to help me use even more of my scraps so here’s the first of my pictorial leather bags. I think this one is perfect for reminding you of holidays, with the sun and the waves. The pale blue wave is suede side up to add a lovely texture to the image,
This bag is made from new industry waste leather - so that's leather destined for landfill, because it was a small offcut or it has a flaw.
It has a long adjustable leather strap - crossbody length but adjustable to make it more of a shoulder length strap (72cm and 130cm). I could make it shorter if you prefer. Silver coloured hardware. Sea themed fabric to line. Zip closure . One internal zipped pocket. Detachable leather tassel.
PLEASE NOTE that because this bag is made from leather waste, there may be imperfections in the leather. See close up of the back to see (last image). This doesn’t detract from the bag’s beauty and reminds us of its sustainability.
